Refund policy

At Pikku, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Clear photo or video proof is provided

Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care and hygiene-related products

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is verified, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at connectpikkushop@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof at connectpikkushop@gmail.com.
